This Privacy Policy explains how Nomad Inno Limited ("Nomad Inno", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the HelloDesk platform.

1. Who we are

HelloDesk is operated by Nomad Inno Ltd., registered in Naxxar, Malta. For any question about this policy, contact us at hello-bongu@nomadinno.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, phone number, role and the company you belong to.

Conversation data: messages exchanged between your customers and your assistant, synchronised from Botpress, together with related metadata (channel, timestamps, status).

Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to provide and maintain the service, synchronise and display conversations, enable human takeover (HITL), provide support, ensure security, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under the GDPR on the bases of performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data with service providers acting as processors, including Botpress (conversational engine), Supabase (database and hosting) and the messaging providers you connect (such as WhatsApp/Meta). We never sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some processors may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to provide the service, then for the periods necessary to meet our legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
