These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HelloDesk platform, operated by Nomad Inno Limited ("Nomad Inno", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using HelloDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

HelloDesk is a platform that centralises customer conversations across multiple channels, lets an assistant reply automatically, and allows a human to take over a conversation when needed.

3. Accounts and access

Accounts are created by HelloDesk or by your administrator; there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to disrupt its operation, and to comply with the policies of the connected channels (such as WhatsApp/Meta).

5. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the content exchanged through the service and for informing your own customers about how their data is processed.

6. Intellectual property

Nomad Inno owns all rights in the HelloDesk platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Botpress and the messaging channels you connect. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nomad Inno shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
